At PBT Academy we have an ‘open door’ policy meaning once you leave after completing your training course our tutor’s will always be on hand to guide you through your new treatment as needed, you will be given your tutor’s direct number to call or text us for any hint’s or tips, and there is no such thing as a silly question.

We aim to ensure that you feel confident enough to carry out your new skill when practising on client’s but we do understand that sometimes some students may need a little more guidance than other’s.

So if after you have completed your course you find yourself struggling to source products, or if there is an area that you find a little tricky you are invited to come back and have extra 1-2-1 tuition to overcome this hurdle.  Our aim is to make you feel as happy as we can with your new skill!
